Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams recently underwent minor elective surgery to remove a cyst from his right wrist. The procedure, reported to be non-serious, has not affected his offseason preparations or his health status during his rookie season.
Williams, 23, was seen at a USC-Wisconsin basketball game with a cast on his wrist. Despite the surgery, he was not listed on the team's injury report at any point last season. Alongside him at the game was fellow USC alumnus and Bears wide receiver John Jackson III.
As the Bears continue their search for a new head coach, Williams' health remains a non-issue, allowing him to focus on future training.
